I currently have the following programs, group classes and boot camps available. Classes and boot camps will be added as needed so if you don’t see a time that works for you, contact me.
Personal Training
1-3 people per session
Personalized training to help you reach your goals. Training can take place in your home or my garage home gym. Rates are based on frequency of sessions, number of people and location.
Hour of Power Boot Camp
One hour workout that is challenging and fun in a supportive environment. This class incorporates kettle bells, high intensity interval training, agility training, body weight strength workouts and some cardio thrown in. Workouts are always different and all levels of fitness are welcome. Workouts are scaled to each individual’s ability.
$10 per class
$8.75 if paid monthly in advance

Group Workout Classes – limited to 6.
Indoor/outdoor group classes that incorporate high-intensity workouts that include body weight exercises, kettle bells, dumbbells, free weights, resistance exercises, Olympic lifting and more. Classes utilize the CrossFit methodology which has been proven to help you get stronger and faster. It’s an overall butt-kicking workout! Class size is limited to 6 to ensure personal attention and an overall positive experience for all individuals. Workouts are scaled to each individual’s ability.
2x Week – $12 per class billed monthly
3x Week – $10 per class billed monthly
5x Week – $8 per class billed monthly

Elevate Yourself 4-Week Challenge
Includes the following:
- 28 day food redo. Welcome to a paleo/primal lifestyle!

$80 for 4-week session
I don’t see anything available after 4:30 pm. I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to come to a 5:30/5:45pm crossfit class @ 3-4 X’s per week. I currently workout at Elite Body Works. I am LOVING it and all the exercises and trainers. I am seeing the results I want. Unfortunately it is SUPER EXPENSIVE and is always a risk of being cut from my budget. I love working out again !FINALLY it is not a chore. That is due in part bc of the types of exercises offered via crossfit/boot camps & such. If you ever decide to host later classes, I’d love to be informed! Many Thanks to you!!

Hi Miki! The main reason I don’t have any afternoon classes in the summer is because it’s INSANELY hot. I don’t want to risk anyone pushing too hard and overheating. It’s supposed to be brutal this summer! Keep up the good work! Working IS supposed to be fun!
Would it be possible to pay for just one class as a trial? I’m trying to figure out a workout schedule that works for a mom juggling small kiddos. I’ve heard good things about your sessions!
